Make impact as Specialist Process Managament (m/f/d)

• Analysis, modelling, documentation, control, standardization and optimization of processes 
• checking work instructions in standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Reviewing and prioritizing new requirements from day-to-day operations
• Developing training concepts
• Organizing internal workshops and training sessions
• Carrying out the monthly onboarding training 
• Moderation and interface function between Operations, Sales and Shared Services
• Participation in setting up a process house and regular checks for completeness
• Assisting with the introduction of ISO 90001
• Assisting with the implementation and moderation of process improvement initiatives or new
  working methods within the company                                                                                        
• Ensuring the quality of structures and processes at PAKi

Who you are

•  At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position with a completed 
   commercial apprenticeship or a technical degree                                                                            • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of Visio is an advantage
• Knowledge of process management 
• Experience in lean management is an advantage
• Experienced with moderation techniques                                                                                    
• Serious demeanour with a positive and self-confident attitude, "self-starter"
• Convincing communication and presentation skills (both in German and English), moderation
  skills
• Digitally savvy
• Structured way of working with strong organisational and conceptual skills 
• Team player, ability to work with different stakeholders, also internationally
• Assertiveness
• Solution-orientated & results-orientated in an entrepreneurial sense
• Agile, imaginative, creative, always looking for improvements
• Interest in learning new things and implementing them
• Potential to deal with conflict and resilience
• Ability to analyse complex issues across the company
• Sense of responsibility for projects and tasks, follow-through until goals are achieved
• Strong intercultural skills                                                                                                          
• very good written and spoken German and English language skills
