Making a real difference as a receptionist

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors to our company as well as managing the telephone switchboard and processing and forwarding incoming and outgoing mail. Due to our international company orientation, you will encounter a wide variety of nationalities and cultures, which is why conversations in English are also part of your day-to-day work. Furthermore, this includes support with the organisation and booking of business trips. To ensure that operations run smoothly, you will also be responsible for procuring and managing our office supplies and managing our cleaning and janitorial service providers. As an all-round talent, you are also indispensable when it comes to the organisation and preparation of occasions and events, as you actively support the responsible departments.

Who you are

  • successfully completed commercial training
  • sound experience in a similar area of responsibility
  • Customer-, service- and quality-oriented way of working paired with good organisational skills
  • Open, friendly and communicative nature as well as intercultural competence
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, preferably also Navision
  • Good command of written and spoken English"
