Making a difference as expert in logistics service
As a logistics expert, you will coordinate and place transport orders for our Eastern European customers (e.g. Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic) so that the load carriers are always delivered to or collected from our customers on time. You will focus in particular on maximum efficiency in order to minimise both costs and CO2 emissions. To this end, you will be in regular contact with freight forwarders and continuously expand our transport network. You will negotiate transport prices, process the awarding of contracts and ensure that everything runs smoothly until the order is fully processed. You will be in regular contact with your colleagues in customer service and ensure that our customers are satisfied at all times.

Who you are
- Completed commercial training in a logistics company, e.g. as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), completed studies with a focus on logistics or comparable qualification
- Sound professional experience in a similar area of responsibility
- Confident written and spoken English and Slovakian or Czech language skills, good knowledge of Polish desirable
- Customer and service orientation as well as strong initiative and motivation
- excellent organisational skills and efficient time management
- Confident knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel
