Making a difference as expert in customer service:

  • Supporting and advising our Eastern European customers on all matters relating to load carriers
  • Preparing and negotiating offers, calculating prices and following up on offers
  • Handling complaints and finding customer-orientated solutions
  • Close cooperation with the field sales team and own acquisition activities
  • Creating reports and monitoring key figures

Who you are:

  • Completed commercial training in a logistics company, e.g. as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), completed studies with a focus on logistics or comparable qualification
  • Sound professional experience in a similar area of responsibility
  • Confident written and spoken Polish and English language skills, other Eastern European languages an advantage
  • Customer and service orientation as well as strong initiative and motivation
  • excellent organisational skills and efficient time management
  • Confident knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel
