Making a difference as expert in logistics service:
- processing and placing transport orders
- Search for suitable forwarding agents via internal and external options and coordination of forwarding orders
- negotiating transport prices and preparing and awarding orders
- checking releases and orders of load carriers in compliance with collection and delivery deadlines
- working closely with customer service and other departments
- preparation of evaluations and analyses

Who you are:
- completed commercial training in a logistics company, e.g. as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), completed studies with a focus on logistics or comparable qualification
- sound professional experience in a similar area of responsibility
- confident written and spoken English and Italian language skills
- customer and service orientation as well as strong initiative and motivation
- excellent organisational skills and efficient time management
- confident knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel
