Making a difference as expert in customer service (m/f/d)

As an expert in customer service, you will ensure that our customers in the Benelux and Northern Europe region can rely on a smooth flow of load carriers. You will be the first point of contact for all of our customers' concerns and find customer-orientated solutions, from preparing quotations to processing complaints and completing orders. You will also support the sales manager in the acquisition of new customers and prepare, negotiate and follow up on quotations. You also have an open eye for opportunities to improve processes or maximise our impact.

Who you are

  • Commercial training, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d) or comparable training
  • Sound experience in dealing with customers, preferably in the B2B sector
  • Fluent in Dutch and business fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of French or German desirable but not essential
  • You are service- and customer-orientated, take the initiative and are highly self-motivated
  • You are familiar with MS Office programmes, especially Excel
