"Making a difference as an expert in customer service (m/f/d)

As an expert in customer service, you will ensure that our Eastern European customers (e.g. from Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic) can rely on a smooth flow of load carriers. You will be the first point of contact for all of our customers' concerns and find customer-orientated solutions, from preparing quotations to processing complaints and completing orders. You will also support the sales manager in the acquisition of new customers and prepare, negotiate and follow up on quotations. You also have an open eye for opportunities to improve processes or maximise our impact.

Who you are

  • Commercial training, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d) or comparable training
  • Sound professional experience in a similar area of responsibility 
  • Confident language skills in English, Polish and Slovakian or Czech, both written and spoken
  • You are customer- and service-orientated, take the initiative and are highly self-motivated
  • You are familiar with MS Office programmes, especially Excel
