Make impact as customer service representative
As a customer service representative, you make sure individual clients can rely on an effortless load carrier flow. You support and advice our customers, coordinate load carrier flows and organise the procurement of freight space and load carriers as required. Furthermore, you support the sales manager in the acquisition of new customers and create, negotiate and follow-up offers. Besides, you keep an open eye for opportunities to improve processes or maximize our impact.

Who you are
- Commercial or comparable qualification, preferably in logistics or customer service
- Professional experience of at least 5 years
- You are service-oriented, you take initiative and have high self-motivation
- Communication (preferably in German and English), organisation and implementation skills
- You know your way with MS Office programs, especially Excel
